Learn to make 'Value Added Products' from Amla at TNAU's two-day training Programme

Coimbatore : A two-day training on “Value Added Products from Amla” will be held at Tamil Nadu Agricultural University (TNAU), Coimbatore on Jan 8-9 between 9.00 AM to 5.00 PM.


Coimbatore : A two-day training on “Value Added Products from Amla” will be held at Tamil Nadu Agricultural University (TNAU), Coimbatore on Jan 8-9 between 9.00 AM to 5.00 PM. 

According to a release from TNAU, "Processing of Amla into the following values added products will be covered under this training programme:

* Amla beverages - Squash, ready to serve, amla syrup and juice

* Amla concentrates - Jam and halwa

* Dehydrated amla products - Amla honey, candy, supari and powder

* Details for obtaining license for establishing fruit processing industry.

Interested persons are requested to pay a training fee of Rs.1500/- on the 1st day of the training programme".
