Coimbatore : A two-day training on value-added products from Moringa and Mushroom will be held at Tamil Nadu Agricultural University premises here on 11th and 12th December.
According to a statement from TNAU, participants will be trained in the preparation of various products including Moringa powder, Paruppu podi, Sambar podi, Biscuit, Adai mix, Mushroom Noodles, Mushroom Pickle and Mushroom powder. Participants will also be provided with details to obtain license for fruit processing industry.
Participants are required to pay a training fee of Rs.1500 for the programme.
