One-day training programme on dehydration techniques of fruits and vegetables

Coimbatore : A one-day training programme on the various dehydration techniques of fruits and vegetables will be held at Food Processing Incubation cum Training Centre, Kinathukadavu on 6th December.

Coimbatore : A one-day training programme on the various dehydration techniques of fruits and vegetables will be held at Food Processing Incubation cum Training Centre, Kinathukadavu on 6th December.

According to a statement from TNAU, participants will be trained in processing technologies like dehydrated fruits, dehydrated vegetables and equipment involved in dehydrating.

Participants are required to pay Rs.750 on the day of the programme.
