Coimbatore : TNAU is conducting a two-day training on “Preparation of Bakery and Confectionery Products” which will be held at the Tamil Nadu Agricultural University (TNAU) in the city, on November 27 and 28.
Coimbatore : TNAU is conducting a two-day training on “Preparation of Bakery and Confectionery Products” which will be held at the Tamil Nadu Agricultural University (TNAU) in the city, on November 27 and 28.
During the training, the participants will be imparted knowledge on a variety of breads, cake and biscuit varieties, chocolate (home-made), fruit candy, chikkies, lollipops, jujeps, fondant and fudge.
