TNAU conducts training program on ‘Preparation of Spice Powders and Pickles’

Coimbatore: TNAU is conducting a training program on preparation of spice powders and pickles, on November 20.


Coimbatore: TNAU is conducting a training program on preparation of spice powders and pickles, on November 20. 

According to a TNAU release, a one-day training program on preparation of spice powders and pickles will be conducted the Food Processing Incubation cum Training Centre (FPITC), Regulated Market, Coimbatore Marketing Committee, Opp. to Kodathavadi Pirivu in Kinathukadavu, on November 20. 

During the training, the participants will be taught how to prepare sambar powder, mixed vegetable pickle, biriyani masala, banana flower pickle, Chicken 65 masala powder, bitter gourd pickle, channa masala powder and mushroom pickle. Interested candidates are requested to pay a training fee of Rs. 750, on the day of the training program.
