TNAU to conduct training on Value-Added Products from Tomato and Papaya

Coimbatore: The Tamil Nadu Agricultural University's one-day training on 'Value-Added Products from Tomato and Papaya’' will be organized at the Food Processing Incubation cum Training Centre (FPITC), Regulated Market, Coimbatore Marketing Committee, Kodathavadi Pirivu, Kinathukadavu on October 12.


Coimbatore: The Tamil Nadu Agricultural University's one-day training on 'Value-Added Products from Tomato and Papaya’' will be organized at the Food Processing Incubation cum Training Centre (FPITC), Regulated Market, Coimbatore Marketing Committee, Kodathavadi Pirivu, Kinathukadavu on October 12.

Training will be given on the following processing technologies. 

Beverages- Squash, Ready to serve and Plain juice
Concentrates- Jam
Dehydrated Amla products
- Candy, Supari and Powder
