Coimbatore : A two-day training on preparing value-added products from Amla will be held at Tamil Nadu Agricultural University premises here on 9th and 10th of this month.
According to a statement, participants will be trained in preparing Amla based beverages, Amla concentrates, dehydrated Amla products, amla candies, and they will also be provided with details to obtain a license for establishing fruit processing industry.
Participants will be charged Rs.1500 for the two-day programme.
