Training on value-added products from Millets

Coimbatore : A one-day training on preparing valuable products from Millets will be organized at the Food Processing Incubation cum Training Centre (FPITC) at Kinathukadavu on 28th of this month.

Coimbatore : A one-day training on preparing valuable products from Millets will be organized at the Food Processing Incubation cum Training Centre (FPITC) at Kinathukadavu on 28th of this month.

According to a statement from TNAU, the participants will be trained in how to make traditional foods, pasta foods, bakery products and instant food mixes from Millets. The participants will be charged a training fee of Rs.750 on the day of training.
