Training on Value-Added Products from Moringa and Mushroom

Coimbatore: A Two-day training on “Value-Added Products from Moringa and Mushroom” will be held at Tamil Nadu Agricultural University (TNAU), Coimbatore on September 25 and 26 between 9.00 AM to 5.00 PM.

Coimbatore: A Two-day training on “Value-Added Products from Moringa and Mushroom” will be held at Tamil Nadu Agricultural University (TNAU), Coimbatore on  September 25 and 26 between 9.00 AM to 5.00 PM. 

The training will cover the following topics:

*Moringa: Moringa powder, Paruppu podi, Sambar podi, Soup mix, Biscuit, Adai mix,  Moringa Pickle, Moringa Noodles.

*Mushroom: Soup mix, Mushroom Noodles, Mushroom Pickle, Biscuit, Biriyani Mix, Mushroom Powder.

*Details for obtaining License for establishing the fruit processing industry.

Interested persons are requested to pay a training fee of Rs.1500/- (Rupees one thousand and five hundred only), on the 1st day of the training programme.
