TNAU to conduct training on novel bakery products

Coimbatore: A two-day taining on novel bakery products will be held at Tamil Nadu Agricultural University (TNAU) on September 18 and 19, between 9 am to 5 pm.

Coimbatore: A two-day taining on novel bakery products will be held at Tamil Nadu Agricultural University (TNAU) on September 18 and 19, between 9 am to 5 pm. 

According to a recent release from TNAU, "During the training, participants will learn how to prepare a variety of breads and cakes and biscuit varieties. Those interested are requested to pay a training fee of Rs.1500 on the 1st day of the training program."
