Coimbatore: The Tamil Nadu Agricultural University (TNAU) will conduct a two-day training program 'Preparation of Instant Food Mixes” on September 11 and 12.
According to a release from TNAU, "During the training, the participants will be trained on the preparation of health mix, halwa mix, dosa mix, gulab jamun mix, adai mix, dhokla mix, bisi bele bath mix, ice cream mix, tomato rice mix, soup mixes and kheer mix.
Those interested in participating in the program will have to pay the training fee of Rs 1500 on the 1st day of the training.
