Coimbatore: The Tamil Nadu Agricultural University (TNAU) is gearing up to conduct a two-day training program, on preparation of spice powders and pickles.
According to a release from TNAU, the training program will be held at Tamil Nadu Agricultural University (TNAU), Coimbatore, on August 29 and 30 between 9 am and 5 pm.
During the training, participants will be taught to prepare masala powders, bitter gourd pickle, mushroom pickle, banana flower pickle, brinjal pickle, onion pickle and ready-to-use pastes. Interested candidates are requested to pay a training fee of Rs. 1500 on the first day of the training program.
