Coimbatore: A two-day training on 'Value added products from Moringa and Mushroom' will be held at Tamil Nadu Agricultural University (TNAU) on August 8th and 9th from 9 am to 5 pm.
According to a release from TNAU, the two-day programme will offer hands on training for participants in the preparation of value added products like moringa powder, paruppu podi, sambar podi, soup mix, biscuit, adai mix, moringa pickle, moringa noodles and soup mix, mushroom noodles, mushroom pickle, biscuit, biriyani mix, mushroom powder from mushroom.
Pariticipants will be charged Rs.1500 for the programme.
