A Two-day training on “Value Added Products from Millets” will be held at the Food Processing Incubation Centre, (FPITC) of the Regulated Market, Coimbatore Marketing Committee, Kothavadi pirivu, Kinathukadavu on October 24 from 9.00 am - 5.00 pm. The training will cover the following topics:
* Traditional foods
* Pasta foods
* Bakery products
* Instant food mixes
Interested persons are requested to pay a training fee of Rs.750/- (Rupees seven hundred and fifty only) in person on the day of training.
