TNAU hosts training on Value Added Products from Tomato and Papaya.


A Two-day training on Value Added Products from Tomato and Papayawill be held at Food Processing Incubation Centre, (FPITC), Regulated market, Coimbatore Marketing Committee, Kothavadi pirivu, Kinathukadavu on 10th October.

The training will cover the following topics:

  • Beverages, Squash, Ready to serve and Plain juice.
  • Concentrates, Jam and dehydrated products like Candy, Supari and Powder.


Interested persons are requested to pay a training fee of Rs. 750/- (Rupees seven hundred and fifty only) in person on the day of training.
