The Alumni Meet for the Class of 2007 was held at Karpagam College of Engineering in Coimbatore on 15th July 2023. started with an invocation song seeking the blessings of the almighty. Dr. V. Kumar Chinnaiyan, Principal/Patron of KCE and Alumni Association, warmly welcomed the reunion of alumni and congratulated them for the successful meetup.
Coimbatore: The Karpagam College of Engineering in Coimbatore hosted the alumni meet event for the class of 2007 on July 15, 2023.
The Alumni Meet started with an invocation song seeking the blessings of the almighty. Dr. V. Kumar Chinnaiyan, principal and patron of KCE and the alumni association, welcomed everyone.
Alumni reminisced about their wonderful college days at KCE and interacted with staff members and friends. They also insisted and requested that this type of Alumni Meet be held every year without fail.
The event was both stimulating and enjoyable, as all of the participants expressed their perspectives and a plethora of new ideas, information, and insights were presented. The Alumni sincerely expressed their gratitude to the Principal and Head of the Departments for their guidance during their 4-year course.
Alumni interacted with students from their respective departments. Alumni along with their family members and other visitors went around the campus to have a look around the college facilities, as well as student life, culture on campus, academics, and programs offered by the institution. The celebration concluded with a cake cutting. The vote of appreciation was rendered by Dr.C.Krishnaraj, Professor and Advisor of the KCE Alumni Association. More than 35 Alumni from Mech and EEE department participated in the alumni meet.
