He said that language is a tool for the overall development of the people. One should learn many languages. Language is playing a vital role in exchanging various needs. He outlined the how technology helps to learn in the Modern Era.
Dr Anil Pathak, Former Dean - UTB Brunei was the Guest of honour. He delivered the speech on the topic of Language, Literature and Identity.
Dr R Jagajeevan, Principal of the college, Dr R Vijayasamundeswari, Vice Principal and Dean of Languages and Dr S Henry Kishore, Associate Professor & Program-in-Charge spoke on the occasion.
The conference witnessed research paper presentations, and an inking of an MoU between the institutions.
