Coimbatore: Consequent to completion of the 'Training of Trainers' workshop conducted by ICAR–NAARM, Hyderabad, Tamil Nadu Agricultural University organised a one-day workshop on 'Development of Soft Skills for Entrepreneurship among Agri-Graduates; at the TNAU campus in Coimbatore on February 18.

The one-day training program was conducted mainly to improve soft skills like communication skills, listening skills, team building and problem-solving skills.
ICAR-National Academy of Agricultural Research Management (NAARM), Hyderabad conducted a 'Training of Trainers' program during January 23-24, 2023 for scientists from State Agricultural Universities. 27 scientists froma cross India participated in the master training program and a training program for 100 undergraduate students at State Universities had to be conducted after the completion. The program was sponsored by the National Higher Education Project of ICAR-NAARM.
At the TNAU one-day workshop, Dr. K Uma, Professor and Head, Department of Agricultural and Rural Management delivered the welcome address. Dr. D Suresh Kumar, Director (CARDS) and Dr. N Venkatesa Palanichamy, Dean (Agriculture) felicitated the gathering. The vote of thanks was proposed by Dr. K Divya, Associate Professor, Department of ARM.
