Coimbatore: Bayer’s Fellowship program – MEDHA is offering financial support to students in the life sciences, biotechnology and pharmaceutical fields to continue their education and pursue masters and doctoral degrees.

Online applications were received for the fellowship for the year 2022 in December 2022 and online interview was conducted for the shortlisted candidates during January 2023. The results of the selected candidates were published online February 8 in the Bayer website.
Ph.D scholar S Paripoorani and M.Sc Scholars A Sowmiya, K Kiruthiga, G Shanthini from the Department of Agricultural Entomology and M.Sc Scholar Kishore Kumar from the Department of Plant Pathology at TNAU, Coimbatore, who have presented their research proposal to Bayer foundation for consideration were selected for the Bayer’s Medha Fellowship.
The Vice-Chancellor, The Dean (SPGS), The Director (CPPS), The Professor and Head, Department of Agricultural Entomology, The Professor and Head, Department of Plant Pathology and the academic staff of the Centre for Plant Protection Studies commended the students on their achievement to excel in research.
