TNAU student secures first rank in Indian Council of Agricultural Research All India Entrance Examination
Coimbatore: In a remarkable achievement, students from Tamil Nadu Agricultural University (TNAU) has secured first three places in the All India Entrance Examination held by Indian Council of Agricultural Research (ICAR AIEEA).
The nation level entrance exams held by ICAR, the apex body for co-ordinating, guiding and managing research and education in agriculture including horticulture, fisheries and animal sciences in the entire country washeld this September 2020. Recently, the results were published online andTNAU students have created a new record by securing the first three places.
Kaleeswari (Horticulture), Pavithra (Social Sciences) and Pooja (Agri. Engineering) from TNAU have topped the first three places at the All India level.
More than 500 undergraduate and postgraduate students from TNAU and its affiliated colleges have secured positions in the National Rankings in this year's ICAR AIEEA.
